AMV was founded on February 2006 by the name Mr. Angelo M. Varron a business minded person who inspired to belongs in business community by the prestigious and well known company D.M. Consunji Inc. and his unique role in this company as a marketing manager is to gained, enhance the perception of every sales people to achieve their own growth and target by doing strategic idea. His remarkable experience drive his interest to get in this transport industry providing relevant transport services and being part of the successful story of each entities patronizing his business.

Term and Condition for Corporate leasing package

Ø  AMV units are brand-new with parts warranty (CASA)

Ø  AMV Authorized repair shop only (incase for repair)

Ø  For breakdown unit, AMV must be advise for replacement

Ø  AMV will provide towing service for breakdown vehicle

Ø  Replacement back-up depend on availability of the unit (Any brand)

Ø  No other than AMV will inform for any emergency cases

Ø  AMV responsible to renew insurance and vehicle registration of the rented unit

 

Term and Condition for corporate lease to own package

Ø  Units either brand-new or Second hand condition AS IS WHERE IS BASIS

Ø  The consignee shall responsible to any damage occur during his or her use

Ø  For breakdown unit, AMV must be advise for replacement and replacement are (subject to fees base on company standard rate)

Ø  Replacement vehicle depend on availability of the unit (if necessary)

Ø  For emergency cases, AMV will provide full assistance and emergency back-up

Ø  The consignee will responsible to renew the insurance and registration of the vehicle

Ø  The vendee will indeed to pay on-time the vendor at agreed cost

Ø  If the vendee failed to comply the said agreement, necessary action will effect, (refer to signed contract agreement)

Ø  Other condition refer to formal agreement (please read and understand)

 

 

Requirements & Terms of Payment

Ø  Advance payment of 2months (for corporate lease)

Ø  2 valid id’s i.e; driver’s license, company I.D. (for person where the vehicle assigned)

Ø  Business Permit, SEC certificate (photocopy)

Ø  Payment must be made upon signing of the contract

Ø  PDC issued for rest of the month (for long term use)

Ø  Signed contract agreement

·         Day Trip (10hours) – P1,800 for overtime fee P200/hr

·         Overnight Trip (24hours) - P2,800 for overtime fee P200/hr

Bulacan, Angono Rizal, Antipolo, Cavite, Tagaytay, Laguna

·         Day Trip (10hours) - P2,500.00 for overtime fee P200/hr

·         Overnight (24hours) - P3,000.00 for overtime fee P200/hr

Batangas, Tarlac, Bataan, Subic, Pampanga, Quezon, Calaruega

·         Day Trip (10hours) - P3,000.00 for overtime fee P250/hr

·         Overnight Trip (24hours) – P4,500.00 NEGOTIABLE RATES for long term use

Baguio Pangasinan, Zambales, La Union,

·         One Day Trip – P4,500 for overtime fee P250/hr

·         1st day trip P4,500 Following Day P3,5000/day RATE APLICABLE TO 2DAYS ABOVE

• ONE DAY trip 6,000 for 24hrs overtime 250/hr
